Travel Disclaimer Information
All travelers must possess a valid passport. A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit per person is due within five days of booking with final payment due sixty days prior to travel. Payment in full guarantees your travel reservation.
Payment may be made by check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover Card. Upon receipt of deposit, you will be mailed a confirmation with invoice for the balance due. Tour and flight documents are normally sent to you two weeks prior to your departure. Reservations received within sixty days of travel are subject to price increase based on airline availability. All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to departure will receive a full refund; 90 - 60 days, less the nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations received 60 - 45 days prior to departure will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable deposit plus any applicable airline cancellation fees. Cancellations received 30 days prior to travel are subject to a cancellation fee of $1,000.00 and all applicable airline cancellation fees and hotel cancellation fees. Due to the current fluctuation of the U.S. dollar against world currency, if the dollar declines significantly against any foreign currencies prior to travel, travelers will be subject to a surcharge. Brickhouse Productions, Inc. reserves the right to deny travel to any person who poses a risk to their personal safety or the safety of the group as a whole. Brickhouse Productions, Inc. will refund the cost of the trip minus the nonrefundable deposit. Your trip sponsor Brickhouse Productions, Inc., nor any of its affiliates are responsible for any mishaps or accidents that may occur to you or anyone traveling with you during your travels. The aforementioned sponsors cannot be held responsible for any damages due to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of terrorism or any other reason beyond their control. Tour price does not include items of a personal nature, passports, meals, and liquor except where stated.
