Copenhagen Jazz Festival
-We will depart from Newark International Airport July 4th, via Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), arriving in Copenhagen on July 5th. Copenhagen is a small and easy city to navigate, giving you the opportunity to visit some of the 50 venues and 400 concerts that help make up the Copenhagen Jazz Festival. You’ll visit interesting venues such as the Konsistoriegarden (outdoor garden), the Queen’s Rosenborg Castle,Tivoli Gardens Glassalen, and the legendary Copenhagen Jazzhouse.

During our four day visit to Copenhagen we will stay at the four star Kong Arthur Hotel through Friday, July 9th. A comfortable hotel with great amenities within easy walking distance of the many interesting venues of the Copenhagen Jazz Festival. The Kong Arthur is home to the international musicians performing on the festival and the Musicians Jam, an annual party to which you are invited!

NorthSea Jazz
-On Friday, July 9th we wrap up our visit in Copenhagen with a leisurely morning check-out and coach departure to meet our scheduled flight to Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. We will travel by motor coach to the Hague, home of North Sea Jazz where we check into our seaside retreat, the Atlantic Hotel. Situated in the dune region of South Holland on the edge of the North Sea in the Kijkduin Seaside Resort with its own shopping mall. Enjoy the balance of the day relaxing in preparation for the opening night concerts of the North Sea Jazz Festival at the Netherlands Congress Centre.

For those wishing travel only to North Sea, the North Sea trip departs from New York/Newark on Thursday, July 8th - Wednesday, July 15th, 2004. Travelers will have the opportunity to spend a total of six (6) nights between the Hague and Amsterdam.

North Sea Jazz is world-renowned for the many musical genres ranging from traditional New Orleans Jazz, Swing, Bop, Free Jazz, Fusion, to Blues, Funk, Soul, Hippo, R&B, World Beat and Latin. All on sixteen stages simultaneously. With the All-In Pass, we will have reserved seats for three nightly concerts in the PWA Hall. With the All-In pass, you have admission to all nightly concerts throughout the entire Netherlands Congress Center in addition to your nightly seating in the PWA Hall.

After three nights of whirlwind jazz and days on the beach, we continue our trip to Amsterdam. We stay at the five star Renaissance hotel located in the old city center, near the Central Station. While in Amsterdam, we will have an opportunity to visit Amsterdam for a coach and walking tour........

• Air Transportation from New York or Copenhagen to Amsterdam
• Transportation to the four star Atlantic hotel in the Hague

• Three (3) nights in the Hague at the Four Start Atlantic Hotel

Umbria Jazz Festival
-For those who would truly like to indulge their senses I highly recommend you continue your travel from Northsea to Umbria, Italy. The extended trip departs Amsterdam, Thursday, July 15th. You’ll fly to Italy for three (3) nights at the 2004 Umbria Jazz Festival and fly home Sunday, July 18th, 2004.

For those wishing travel only to Perugia, Italy. The trip departs from the New York/Newark area on Sunday, July 11th - Sunday, July 18th, 2004. Travelers have the opportunity to spend six (6) nights in Perugia, Italy visiting Umbria Jazz. Additional nights available.

Located in the beautiful region of Umbria, Perugia is the heart of Italy. This region has had the role of being an important crossroads of people and culture widely recognized for its magnificent architecture and centers of art between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Often called, “The Little Gem,” Perugia is a great place to experience the fascinating sights and sounds of jazz at one of Europe's foremost jazz festivals. Being in the heart of Italy, towns like Spoleto, Todi, Orvieto, and Assisi are just a few of the alluring destinations.
