Music
and
Cultural
Tour
November
2004
|
 |
|
|
|
The
official trip dates are October
31st through November 15th,
2004.
South
Africa is truly a beautiful
and fascinating country.
Our November WBGO South
Africa Music and Cultural
Adventure will involve one
of the most enjoyable and
comprehensive visits one
may experience traveling
to South Africa. Taking into
account many important historical
and exciting cultural details,
our itinerary includes exploration
of the multi-diverse cultures
and geographical features
of this spectacular continent.
With its various ecosystems,
the entire trip is planned
to provide you with excellent
sightseeing opportunities,
superb seafood and multi-ethnic
cuisine. Local South African
guides share their experiences
during the struggle leading
up to freedom from apartheid
in personalized educational
lectures during tours of
the Soweto and Langa Townships.
Most important, throughout
this entire trip we will
experience the various musical
traditions that help to
make up South Africa. In
celebrating their 10th Anniversary
of freedom, this is an exciting
time to experience South
Africa, in reflection of
their past and the exhilarating
growth of building a new
nation. |
